Advice for roll: trust the guy you're getting them from. I've only done them once before, but I know a guy who got really fucked up because his rolls had something else in the them (I think meth or DOB, can't remember). Also, hold them under your tongue and let them dissolve. I've heard that's the best way to take them (although I've never tried any other way). Good luck.
