Yeah, I believe that you'd qualify... If you really have anxiety then you should tell the doctor that you don't want to take xanax or klonipin for you anxiety because of the dangerous side effects and dependence issues. You cant really get physically addicted to weed. Its organic... its not hell on your liver like benzo's are. And the process takes your mind off of the "anxiety" before you even get to smoke it.
