I live in Pa and i just harvested mine last Sat. I dont see how the cold could DECREASE the potency at all. The plant wont grow as fast so you may be less likely to get the most out of the overall flowering but i cant see the cold robbing you. So if you are at the peak or just about there i wouldn't worry about it at all!! Just let me no if you have any other questions!
