Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness... not the pursuit of restricted happiness, or limited happiness. If doing drugs is what makes you happy, than that is your right, and privilege.
Though it is kind of ironic that Congress is celebrating the end of prohibition, when the only thing that has changed is Alcohol no longer being illegal while Cocaine, Heroin,
marijuana, and other drugs continue to be so.
