I used to do that. I also use gatorade bottles. But I wouldn't use plastic pens if I were you. When you inhale the hot smoke through the plastic, some of the plastic melts and you inhale those particles in to your lungs. Not healthy. Use a glass tube instead. They are sold as Glass ballpoint pens at some gas stations, usually in bad neighborhoods, (They are frequently used as crack pipes). You put that in the side of the gatorade bottle instead. Then you roll copper wire mesh into a little nugget and stick that 1 inch inside the glass tube (this is your screen). Then fill her up and smoke your weed.
