40 cfl's!!!!!!!!!!! i am up to 10 (420watts!), the original idea was to use less electricity than hid lighting. Well I could probably have a 400hps for less, and have the ballast outside of box, cfl's are hot!
The cfl's seem to be working good, I like them, it's fun, and maybe work as good or better because i can have lights all around plant and real close. But I wonder if the intense hps light bulb would be cooler than the 10 cfl's with their attached ballasts
