Now as for your questions, I would say in about 4 weeks you should have some nice sized buds forming, no idea what type of lights you are using if it's HiD then yeah 4 weeks, if you are using cfl's your grow is going to take about 3 weeks longer to finish if you want to get the weight and denseness.
