Ayn Rand would relish the budding capitalism breaking out all over China. She would recognize, of course, that China under Mao was a totalitarian slave state, exactly what she railed against. As to your second question above ... Again, give businesses a real incentive to STAY in the country. Not by passing onerous laws like you suggested above, but allow them more freedom to operate here .... and with vastly lower taxes.
