Ayn Rand would relish the budding capitalism breaking out all over China. She would recognize, of course, that China under Mao was a totalitarian slave state, exactly what she railed against. Ayn Rand would be very pleased indeed because her belief in the greatness of Man's mind would be on display every where she went.

As to your second question above ... Again, give businesses a real incentive to STAY in the country. Not by passing onerous laws like you suggested above, but allow them more freedom to operate here .... and with vastly lower taxes.
