It has risk but most every body is doing it.
From what I have read sometimes the package doesn't show up. Sometime you get a notice and sometimes you don't end of story.
If somebody gets poped buying seeds it will be the only topic on this forum.
Chill dude and buy some seeds. Some sites will rip you off so find the seeds and ask about that
seed bank.
