Dude, do soemthing....if you want less co2 because thats too much sugar to use, cut the recipe in half. Of course part of the beauty of this recipe is the amount of co2 given off....and you complain about $1.99 worth of sugar?

Why not just, not add any additional co2 if the sugar is too expensive? Use what is reaily available in the atmosphere, as it is free.

Your plants will still grow just fine.
