I don't think sodium hydroxide will work! I actually think you need a whole different type of extraction tech. If you want everything from the Kratom leaves just heat water and fresh lemon with the leaves, then on the second extraction(with the same leaves) add some milk to the water before heating. The milk will help extract any left over oils and tannins that weren't soluble in the previous polar solution. Then, condense everything into one horrible gulp and get it over with.
