I think you will be alright for one or two days under cfls.They started out under them,so theres no big upset.It be like a cloudy day or a rainy day outside.They are still getting light so one day back under the cfls you are okay.Repair men can be a little to prying.Your babys will be fine.Your question remined me of the time we had carpet installed in the house.They open the spair bedroom door to measure the floor. Before I could stop him he open the and very quickly closed it and say to his coworker this roon dosent get any carpet.My room mate had about 25 snakes in fish tanks and large cages in the room .I lol after they left.
