this is my first grow so i just wanna get some buds out of it im not lookin for perfect yet haha practice makes perfect

i went to home depot today and i got 4 14w soft white cfls all i could afford right now

so i have
1 20w
1 15w
4 14w equivalent to 60w (if that means anything idk if it does)
there all soft white cfls

when i get more money i will buy more lights

can i use that flor tube on my clones that are 8 days old?
