Whoa that one is really lanky,move the light down and move your fan where it just breezes it a little to begin with then move it closer as the stem thickens you will know when it is time as your plant will stop swaying.Usually when they are like that it is a good idea to bury it up to the seed leaves but I don't think that is an option here.
