drchronic doesnt sell to the usa anymore. try dutchbreed.com. send them money through western union. im very happy with them, good communication, fast, got 12 seeds per order and stealthy. you can also have them sent "general delivery" to the post office:

just like that - You then just go to the clerk and show them your id and tell them general delivery.
