You should try and diagnose what is going wrong with your dwc, I use the same type of system and it works great. How a bout some details like ph nutes water temp lights things like that?

one other thing I know with me personally the answer always seems like buy new stuff and throw money at it, but this rarely seems to work, in fact if I had originally done what I am doing now I would have saved myself serious dough and heartache, after all the thing I love most about hydro now is that it is so easy, I haven't looked in on my grow in 2 days and I know when I finally get off my lazy ass and do it everything will be just right...
