mines under a 23 watt cfl also,just make sure its 2 inches above at least no more so 3 inches is to much,let the leaves get really close to the light then move up another 2 inches.try to get a few more light,im going otu wedsnday for 3 more and going to have one above the plant 2 on the sides and another behind it,and i dont know how long itd be to flower,i just know with one 23 watt CFL someone told me id get like 2 grams!thats why im buying more lights
