Can someone please explain to me the advantages of using a prepaid credit card vs. your usual presonal credit card? I assumed that it offered you anonymity but I'm seeing now that you need to provide 2 pieces of i.d. in order to obtain one - i'm assuming that your purchases are still recorded with the credit card company & you just dont recieve a statement for the purchases.
